If you are building a structure that is 108 square feet or more, you must get a building permit.

To get started, you will need to fill out a building permit application and submit it to the RM office by email, fax or mail. The application should include a site plan and permit fee payment.

Application Submission

Once you have filled out the necessary paperwork, you can send your application to the RM office.

When your application, site plan and payment have been received, it will take up to two weeks to be processed. You will be contacted when you have the go-ahead to begin your project.
