MAILED IN BALLOTS FOR 2018 ELECTION:
Your mailed in ballot for the 2018 Election must be received by Wednesday, October 24th, 2018 by 4:30pm. If there is a Canada Post Disruption and your ballot is received after the deadline, your vote will not be valid as it did not meet the deadline requirement.
MAILED IN TAX PAYMENTS:
The RM of Piney would like to remind everyone if there is a Canada Post disruption, you are still responsible to get your tax payment in to the office by Wednesday, October 31st, 2018 by 4:30pm. Any payments received after October 31st even if mailed prior to that date, will receive interest charges on their account(s).
Tax payments can also be received by online payments through a Credit Union or Caisse Bank, in person, or by credit card over the phone (will incur a 2% charge for all credit card payments).
